Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription to this platform

This policy covers fees paid to DukanChat for use of the Service. It does not cover purchases you make from a shop that uses our software — for those, the shop's own refund policy applies.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to support@dukanchat.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account stays usable until then.

2. Refunds

• If you cancel within 7 days of a first subscription and have not sent messages in volume, we refund the fee in full.
• If the Service is unusable for a prolonged period because of a fault on our side, we refund the affected portion of the period on a pro-rata basis.
• Part-used billing periods are otherwise not refundable.
• Charges billed to you directly by Meta for WhatsApp conversations are not refundable by us, as we do not receive them.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 working days to credit the amount.

4. Account closure and data

When an account is closed you may export your customer data first. After closure the account's database and media are deleted, and cannot be recovered once backups have rotated (14 days).

5. Disputes

If you disagree with a charge, write to support@dukanchat.in within 30 days of the invoice and we will review it and respond within 15 days.
